The location for this position is in Sweden or Denmark. There will be some travel within the role. The company language is English, and preferably you understand and speak a Scandinavian language. You will be reporting to the Digitalization Manager located in Hørsholm, Denmark.
About the role
Join Liquid Wind as a Document Controller who will oversee all aspects of project documentation and will be coordinating with both internal teams and external partners. Administrate our document management system (Aconex) and be the key point of contact for all our documentation needs and help us stay organized and efficient.
You will, among other things ...
- Create and maintain project document delivery schedules. Document supply follow-up according to project contracts
- Issue progress reports according to document schedules. Monitor and report performance (KPIs) to internal stakeholders
- Establish and maintain project setups in the Document Management System
- Creation and maintenance of guidelines, instructions, and system requirements
- Advise, support, and train colleagues and external parties on the system
- Support and drive document management improvement projects
- You'll be the go-to person for project documentation on SharePoint site
About you
You are a person with an eye for detail and a passion for effective document management. You are familiar with project management and have hands-on experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel. You have strong data organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional cooperation skills. Experience in system training is also highly valued.
To succeed in this role, you ...
- Have a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Document Controller on large projects or similar role
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems, preferably Aconex
- Superuser experience with SharePoint and Power BI
- Great stakeholder management skills
