Are you ready to drive operational excellence and make a real impact on how we work? We are looking for a Process Improvement Lead to join our team and take the lead in optimizing internal processes and enhancing efficiency across our organization. With a key focus on our Technical Division and its interfaces with other business areas, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration and improved workflows.
The location for this position is Hørsholm, Denmark. There will be some travel within the role. The company language is English, and preferably you understand and speak a Scandinavian language. You will be reporting to the CTO located in Hørsholm (Denmark).
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to help us identify, analyze and implement strategies to improve our internal processes and enhance efficiency. The key focus will be within our Technical Division and the interfaces to other business areas.
You will be reporting to the CTO located in Hørsholm (Denmark).
Your main tasks will be:
- Identify and analyse internal working processes to be optimized, with a high focus on information flow
- Develop new processes needed to enhance efficiency
- Be responsible for implementation of developed improvement strategies and processes
- Support the CTO in facilitating the technical division
- Ensure high-level of stakeholder management from key internal and external representatives
About you
You are a proactive individual with an analytical mindset and great stakeholder management skills. Your track record in optimizing working processes, foster collaboration amongst departments and disciplines.
- Bachelor´s in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields; Master´s is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in process improvement or quality management
- Can understand, explain, and formalize complex processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of great stakeholder management
- Project Management experience from related business field
- Experience from fronting and driving projects independently
The company language is English, and preferably you understand and speak a Scandinavian language.
